Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Basic plan is free and includes your store at yourname.18.141.243.103.sslip.io, quotations, leads and live chat. Upgrade to Pro only when you want your own domain and more room.
Do buyers have to see my prices?
No. You can show a price, quantity price breaks, or hide the price and let buyers request a quote — per product.
Can I use my own domain?
On the Pro plan you can connect a domain you own, like www.yourstore.com. You can also change your free subdomain at any time in Settings → Domains.
Can my team work in the store too?
Yes. Add staff in Settings → Users and permissions and choose which areas each person can use — products, quotations, leads, chat and more.
How long does it take to set up?
